• Develop, implement, and evalute strategies, programs, and policies that strengthen the delivery of health and human services for older and disabled adults

• Elevate the skills of the long-term care workforce, and build strong career pathways that value and incentivize care work

• Promote individual and organizational health literacy through community and professional education
